When the brew shop has neither your plan A hops or your plan B hops,
you buy random hops that happen to match those of a well known brew. Double size brew to stock up for Christmas. Split the boil into two and reused yeast in one, fresh yeast in the other.
Bulk primed 152 g per fermenter.
Actually a pretty good accidental Fat Yak clone. Perfectly drinkable session beer (as proven by Christmas day).
